Fae Queen "Featuring Artwork by Sweet Pinup"
For this Tutorial I am using the work of

Scrap kit “Faes Lil Wonderland” was FTU by "Puddicat Creations”
You will need no Filters
Lets get started …
Open New Image 800 x 800 transparent.
Open paper 3 – Copy – paste as new layer
Close Original paper
Layers – Load/Save Mask -Load Mask From Disk
Layers – Merge – Merge Group
Open Paper 10 – Copy – Paste as New Layer
Close Original Paper
Open Frame 4 – Copy – Paste as New Layer
Close Original Frame
Add your Tube resize if you need to,
I resized mine 75% twice
Magic Wand
Mode – Add (Shift)
Match Mode – RGB Value
Tolerance - 15%
Contiguous – Checked
Selections – Invert
Duplicated Frame – Move first frame
Highlight top frame
Eraser
Size – 50%
Hardness – 50%
Erase part of the top frame that you want the tube to
be coming out of.
Now highlight your tube
Eraser
Size 100%
Erase what part of the tube you don't want to be showing.
Highlight paper 10 – Delete
Selections -Select All
Image – Crop to Selection (shift + r)
Highlight top frame
Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizonal: 3
Opacity: 100
Blur: 8.00
Color: Black
This Drop Shadow will stay the same on all.
Highlight Tube
Drop Shadow
Highlight bottom frame
Drop Shadow
Close out of paper 3 / mask paper
Merge Invisable
Open paper 3
I have resized my frame/tube to 85%
If you have a thin line below the frame,
Use your Eraser again with size at 25%
Erase the line.
Lets add some elements
I am using Sparkle 3 behind the frame
Duplicate – Image – Mirror
Butterfly 6 – resize to 45%
Drop Shadow
Flower 4 – resize 75% twice – duplicate – mirror
Move to left side middle ways on frame below butterfly
Close out of paper 3 / mask paper again
Merge Invisable
Open paper 3
I have resize at 85%
Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
Merge Invisable
Adjust - Sharpen
