new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.

out Background and Mask

– Sharpen
Reopen

Lets Animate Mask

Add Noise/Remove Noise
– Add Noise
Gaussian
Noise – 30 %
Monochrome checked
Copy Merged or
ctrl+shift+c
Open Animation Shop
paste as new animation or ctrl+v
Back to PSP

Monochrome checked
Copy Merged or

Paste after current
frame or shift+ctrl+L
